With focused coaching and a results-driven approach, we empower our clients to reach their full potential. At Coach Conor training, it’s not just about workouts—it’s about real progress and sustainable success.
All sessions are in person and the duration is 1 hour.
In person training. Sessions to be used over a 4 week period from date of purchase.
In person training. Sessions to be used over an 8 week period. Max sessions in one week are two.
In person training. Sessions to be used over a 12 week period. Max sessions in one week are two.
This offers the flexibility to train on your schedule. All programming will be through the Everfit App and there is a minimum 12 week sign up.
This program is individualised. Our coaches will work with you and build out a tailored program to meet your fitness goals.
This program offers everything our bespoke online program offers. With the addition of nutrition coaching. Our coaches will work with you to create a detailed nutrition plan to meet your goals.
This program is generic. It will focus on a certain bias, such as strength.
